Flooring Department Assistant (Full Time position)

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Flooring sales person to join our small team due to retirement.

Assisting the manager representing Hopewells you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and helping to drive and assisting in managing sales in our Flooring Department. This is a 5 day per week position - Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm (Two rest days per week) Your weekly rota will usually include one weekend day.

Furniture Sales Consultant (Full Time and Part Time positions)

We are currently seeking a Furniture sales consultant. Ideally you will have experience within the furniture industry but this is not essential. An interest in interiors/furniture will help and a passion for providing excellent service and selling is vital. We look for candidates who have shown some stability and dedication for their roles within their career so far.

A furniture sales role at Hopewells is very different from a typical furniture sales role. Our emphasis is on a professional and service led approach. You will follow every stage of any customer order, including ordering the item from our supplier, checking and updating progress, taking payments and arranging delivery and then in the event of any after sales you remain the customer contact.

The Full time role is a 5 day per week position - Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm (Two rest days per week). Your weekly rota will usually include one weekend day.

Hopewells Cafe Assistant

This is a part time position to support the Manager of our cafe. One weekend day (usually Sunday) and one weekday (usually Monday) and half a day on another day. You will be serving customers as well as preparing hot / cold sandwiches, drinks and cakes.
